Jewellery By Sarah covers the shipping costs – delivery is free for you.*
*Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Order Tracking
Each shipment is assigned a tracking number. You can track your order on our dedicated tracking page.
The tracking link will be sent to your email address as soon as your order has been dispatched. Tracking information usually becomes available within a few hours.
Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched within 7 days. All products are shipped directly from the supplier.
Delivery Attendance
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel because you are not home, it will be left at the nearest parcel locker or collection point. You will receive a notification with the pickup location.
If the parcel is not collected within the specified time (7 days), it will be returned to the supplier’s warehouse.
Incorrect Address
The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address. Any errors should be reported immediately to support@jewellerybysarah.com.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Jewellery By Sarah is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels once delivery has been confirmed by the courier. If the tracking system shows that the parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please report it immediately.
If the issue is not resolved within 14 days of the expected delivery date, an investigation will be opened with the courier company. The customer will be kept informed of the progress until the matter is resolved.
Important
Once an order has been confirmed, it can no longer be changed. The order is immediately processed for fulfilment to ensure fast delivery.
