Return shipping costs
All products are shipped directly from the supplier. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Returns & Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@jewellerybysarah.com so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you may return it within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and suitable for resale. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, excluding return shipping costs.
Please note that used, opened, or non-original condition items cannot be returned.

If you do not yet have a return form, please email support@jewellerybysarah.com to request one. Download, print, and complete the form.
Send the completed form along with a photo of the item you wish to return to support@jewellerybysarah.com.
Returning your item

Please make sure the parcel is securely packaged and clearly marked as a “Return.”

Use a tracked and insured shipping service when sending the item back.

Once the parcel has been shipped, please send the tracking number to support@jewellerybysarah.com.
Return conditions

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
