How do I place an order?

How much does shipping cost?
Jewellery By Sarah covers the shipping costs – delivery is free on all orders.*
*Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Estimated delivery time: 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Can I track my order?
Each shipment is assigned a tracking number. The tracking link will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, you can return a product within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original packaging and suitable for resale.
How do I request a return?
Send an email to support@jewellerybysarah.com including your order number and the reason for the return.
You will receive a return form. Complete it and send it back together with the product using a tracked and insured shipping service.
Once the product has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the same payment method used for the purchase.
Is returning a product free?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Important return conditions:
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • Please use a tracked and insured shipping service.
  • The return form must be approved – returns will not be processed without approval.
