Article 1 – Definitions

Additional Agreement – an agreement relating to the purchase of goods, digital content and/or services provided by Jewellery By Sarah or a third party.

Withdrawal Period – a period of 30 days during which the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal.

Consumer – a natural person acting outside their trade, business, or profession.

Distance Agreement – an agreement concluded electronically or through means of distance communication.

Digital Content – data produced and supplied in digital form.

Day – a calendar day.

Continuous Agreement – an agreement for the regular delivery of goods, services, or digital content.

Durable Medium – any tool that allows information to be stored and reproduced in the future (for example, email).

Right of Withdrawal – the consumer’s right to cancel the agreement within the withdrawal period.

Means of Distance Communication – any method used to conclude an agreement without the simultaneous physical presence of both parties.
Article 2 – Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to every offer made by Jewellery By Sarah and to every distance agreement with the consumer.

Before concluding the agreement, the consumer will have the opportunity to review and save these terms and conditions.

These terms and conditions apply from the moment the order is placed.

Any additional terms and conditions apply only if they do not infringe upon the consumer’s legal rights.
Article 3 – Offer

The offer includes a complete description of the products, digital content, or services, including prices, features, materials, and images.

Any limited-time or conditional offers will be clearly indicated.

Photos and illustrations are for illustrative purposes only.

The offer includes all relevant information about the consumer’s rights and obligations.
Article 4 – Agreement

The agreement is concluded once the offer has been accepted and the required information has been provided.

The consumer will receive an electronic confirmation of the order.

Jewellery By Sarah may verify the customer’s ability to pay and may refuse an order in justified cases.

Appropriate data security measures are implemented to protect personal information.
Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 30 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day after the product has been received.

This right applies to all products.
Article 6 – Consumer Obligations

The consumer must handle the product with care.

The product may only be unpacked to the extent necessary for inspection.

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the consumer, unless stated otherwise.
Article 7 – Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

The consumer must inform us of the withdrawal by email at: support@jewellerybysarah.com.

Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the consumer will be notified.

The refund will be issued within 14 days.
Article 8 – Obligations of Jewellery By Sarah

Jewellery By Sarah will confirm receipt of the withdrawal request.

A refund will be issued after the returned product has been inspected.

Any additional agreements will be automatically cancelled.
Article 9 – Price

Prices include applicable taxes.

Prices will not change during the validity of the offer, except in the case of tax adjustments or market changes.
Article 10 – Performance of the Agreement

Products are delivered in accordance with the agreement.

Any additional warranties do not limit the consumer’s statutory rights.
Article 11 – Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days.

Article 12 – Long-Term Agreements

Any errors in the provided information must be reported immediately.
